If you bring your whole family to the lake or out boating and catch some fish, you do not know what to do with it.  Starting March until the end of August, you can bring your catch to the restaurant.  We will cook it for you either grill or cook in Asain style for a nominal fees.  Ask for more details at restaurant.

The fish may be fresh water like Trout, Tilapia, catfish or saltwater fish like pacific mackeral, sand bass, sculpin, sandab, ling cod or rockfish depending what our vendor supplies us.  See restaurants for details. Reservation must be made 1 day ahead of time so that our supplier can bring in the fish.
