By applying for Iron Chef Café membership, I agree to participate in Iron Chef Café and their affiliate's special coupon and other promotion programs. I also agree my name, my pictures and any information I sent to Iron Chef Café for their use and will become Iron Chef Café property. I understand I can request specific information to be excluded from the club use. I also understand my club membership can be terminated by either party on a written notice. I also agree to pay for any food or material ordered or purchased through my membership whether it is picked up or not.
